Beatrice first moved into the building in 2005 and worked at developing the 2nd floor into a working art gallery showing local artists artworks and holding workshops and events,

the top studio was for a while taken by a musician singer named Helen Shepherd and A ceramic artists Robin Muckle and Viv Albertine.

Beatrice took over the tenancy 2012, Since then she has been using it as a painting and photography studio, with a small gallery attached ,
Beatrice can be visited by appointment and is always happy to show interested people around.
